The problem we saw
Most clinics and hospitals run on a collection of separate systems — one for scheduling, one for records, one for billing, sometimes a fourth for the pharmacy or lab. Each works on its own. The friction shows up in the gaps between them: the same patient details typed in three times, a lab result that has to be walked over, a bill reconstructed after the visit is already over.
